What are you going to do with the reel? The Accurist has a flipping switch, and is a nice dependable reel, I've got an original, and an Accurist 2, not familiar with the Summit, but I've got two other Pflueger reels, and they are nice, and once they ship it, I'll let you know about the Revo STX, but I've not heard a single bad thing about it.

What PNJ said! I haven't used the Quantum or Pflueger but I do love my Revo S.

I was thinking about getting a Quatum, but they don't feel very smooth to me. I don't know much about reels because I've only casted four baitcasters, but I owned the Pflueger Purist, Pflueger President, and Revo STX. I have to say the STX is the BEST. Very smooth drag, no play, GREAT casting, and it just feels nice in my opinion. The Revo SX felt nice too. I had problems with my Pflueger President's drag, so I took it back. So from what I know, I'd take one of the Revos. Good luck. |
