betursweetbass, and i made it thru the storm....had a big long wait for electricity....no damage here....only pride i think.....my sister lost her house with 5 ft of water in it....been trying to salvage what little was left...it's a mess here in houston, and galveston well one can only cry when seeing the devastation in this whole area....i guess the weeks to come will give us the true death toll and the exact amount of damage all over...it's bad here guys....alot still without power, food, ice, water....so pray hard for our recovery here....but we are alive....

The only thing I can say is thank God the family is ok. I'm very sorry to hear about your sister's house. That's terrible news. Just remember that possessions can be replaced. Even a house, if hers can't be repaired. People are irreplaceable.

Good luck to you and your family. You're all definitely in our prayers. Let us know how things go, ok?

Man! Glad to hear from you and glad you made it through a live I understand help is on the way. Feel your pain and are praying hard everyday for a quick recovery and clean up. Good luck and remeber to give a shout out every once in a while to keep us updated of how ya'll are doing!
