				 | Need to fix soft spots on a fiberglass floor

Hey all , my dad just pick up a 14' tri hull starcraft , overall the boat is in good condition but it has a few soft spots in the floor , we were thinking to use pressure treated plywood just to get it ready for the water and then it will become a project over the next winter to turn it completely into a bass boat . We also have to replace the bearings on the trailer cause it sat for awhile any ideas or suggesttions would be great thanks . Jim

if you do replace the floor, dont use treated. fiberglass dosent like to stick to it if you plan on fibeglassing it to the boat. i used regular plywood [marine plywoods 75 a sheet] and thompson water sealed it i love working on my boat.. its a feeling of self confidence when you do something your self.. http://www.bassfishin.com/bassfishin...ad.php?t=15434 you can check out my thread on my boat if you'd like -Scott
