The Breakfast Club punch line
Any of you that saw and remember The Breakfast Club, probably remember the joke Bender's telling as he's climbing through the ceiling.
"A naked blond walks into a bar, with a poodle under one arm, and a two foot salami under the other. She lays the poodle on the table. Bartender says, "I suppose you won't be needing a drink." The naked lady says... ...and that's when Bender falls through the ceiling, never finishing the joke. I decided to go on a quest to find the punch line. Now I'm bummed! THERE NEVER WAS A PUNCH LINE! I feel like the last 20+ years have all been a lie......

A little digging found:
It was recently revealed in Premiere Magazine that there was no punchline. According to Judd Nelson, "I made the joke up. My line when I fall into the room is, 'I forgot my pencil,' so we were trying to work backward from that, but what joke would have that punchline?" I guess that makes sense, but what about you dad? |
