This unpleases the monkey. The only way to rid the curse is to throw money and giftcards at it.

That's what I thought. Then I saw a left hand reel. Then the new Curado 50. Not to mention Skeet's micro guide rod.

Yeah... This sounds like my Crankbait obsession... I say.. i got enough... i can cover any segment of teh water color in any light or water conditions... but them i see another color, or a bait that has a different action... or i tell myself i ned multiples of everything in case i get a bait that is knockin em dead an di lose one on the water... there is ALWAYS an excuse to feed the monkey |

Hopefully I have the monkey off my back now. No rods or reels, but received from Tackle Warehous today the Double Diamond Swimmers from Optimum Baits Kevin told me about, a 3/8 oz. bluegill pattern Revenge spinnerbait, a Strike King 3/4 oz. bottom dweller spinnerbait, also bluegill pattern, and a pack of the new Reaction Innovations Double Wide Beavers. Can't wait to get back out there. Saturday hopefully. | |
