Yep. I fished it, and smith creek constantly. I probably spent the most of my real fishing time down on Smith Mountain. My grnadparents had some property on there.

Glad you joined and make yourself at home here. I have a feeling the only way to fix your user name is to create a new account with your corrected user name. -Mark |

Welcome to the site. There is a handful of members from your area. On top of bcklash and bandit, Chancho is also from your neck of the woods and I believe 3dkicker (Smitty) lives fairly close to you as well.

Welcome to the place to be off the water C-Rigg. I think the only way to change the name, like Woody said, create another account.

c-Rigg-I'm from the Roanoke area, down 81. If you'd like, we could meet someplace in the middle, say Lake Moomaw, and slay a few pigs.

Good deal, sir. Right now the boat is getting a new water pump and wiring, but when she's sea worthy, I'll pm you. Moomaw fishes real close to a local reservoir near me so I tend to do better there than big water lakes like Kerr, Gaston or Anna... even Smith Mountain. Of course, that statement just guaranteed 7 years of skunks. Look forward to meeting you. |
