				 | Wheeler/Wilson Cell Coverage?

I figure this needs to be brought up, for the chosen bass warriors who will be attending the event in May. Does anyone have any first hand experience with the cell coverage down there? ...I trust their coverage maps about as far I can can fall out of my boat.

What carrier do you have? It do make a difference as I found out a few years ago at Kerr. I had Cingular and had NO coverage, luckily the guy fishing with me had AT&T, he had perfect coverage. I have Verizon now and haven't had problems anywhere I've been recently. I'll know for sure in a few weeks when I'm at Guntersville. Good question. Always the DETAILS. |

I'm on AT&T. I have a 15 year old Sprint phone I'm going to keep around for emergencies. I pulled it out of a box in the garage the other day, where it's been for over ten years....and the batteries were still good. They just don't make 'em like that anymore.

I have att. Never had a problem with coverage on wheeler or wilson, no warranties are made, but I don't expect any issues other than perhaps the odd 30 ft blackout area. But its not so secluded that yall are gonna disappear of the worlds radar.
