So who's going? We are leaving here around 6:00 or 7:00 am Thursday morning heading to Shreveport. I know a month or so back it sounded like there might be a handful of members attending and I was wondering that I should be keeping an eye out for anybody?

I had every intention of going, but some stuff came up, like it always seems to do, so I won't be there after all. Wish I could, though. I would've liked to see you, Britney, and Lake, plus the Expo and takeoff one morning. Oh well, maybe next time....

I hear ya man, things always have a way of coming up at the worst possible time. Next year it is going to be on Grand Lake. I know it would be a hell of a drive for you but if you end up coming be sure and let me know.

I'd love to go just one time but doubt it will ever be held anywhere near my neck of the woods. It woould take a heck of an investment to attend.

Wally it's the biggest tournament in the world of pro fishing. There is a lot that goes on under the Bassmaster Classic label as well. There is the Expo which is a huge boat, tackle, and anything outdoors show. There are a lot of pros and famous outdoor personalities at the expo on top of some really good prices on things. When we went to the Classic in 09 we went to the expo and walked around for over 3 hours just making sure we saw everything, then on the way out the door we realized that there was a second floor that we hadn't been on yet LOL.

I've been lucky enough to go to 2 (hartwell-Alton won, and the most recent lay lake). The expo is insane, both I walked around for a day to scope out stuff (4 hours) and ten bought stuff the next day and you still see stuff you missed the first time. The expo is amazinggggg. We were supossed to fish a tournament that weekend, of it wasn't for that we might of gone, and now the tournament is a no go. So both got screwed over, maybe another time.
