Never been out there, but watching the Elite Series the A-rig seems to dominate the lake. Good luck and enjoy, bottom line....have fun! Or was it FLW? Either way the A-rig dominated the tournament.... |

It will be brother; I fished in my first tourny this past May, first in over 15 years...I was nervous! Once I was on the water all I could do was tell myself, "relax and have fun, first or last place doesn't matter as long as I have fun!" My teammate and I came in 33rd out of 87...bottom line I fished my butt off and had fun. Do what you know, if it's not working try something new. That's what I did anyhow...I'd never fished a worm wacky style with a nail weight in it until this tourny. Some would advise against that!

My husband and I have fished Guntersville many, many times. It all depends on what area you are fishing. The area I know best is Brown's Creek. There is some really great fishing in there but I haven't been there this year.
