Hey everybody I'm a 16 year old just getting into fishing and ever since i hooked my first bass have gone crazy. Lately ive been fishing a small, shallow pond in the afternoons after school. I've been using spinners and haven't seemed to catch anything. If you have any advice, please write back

You may want to try slow moving worm, texas rigged, with a bullet sinker in the front. Or try a shallow diving crankbait like a manns minus one.
If you 're just starting, theres no better way to learn than to get some worm fishing in.IMO |

get the easiest bait and most productive bait... THE SENKO... or anything like it.. Tiki sticks, Kinami Flash... and wacky rig it.. just put a 2/0 hook right through the center bait.. cast 'er out.. and hang on!!

www.bassresource.com Browse around here for a while. I started pretty much the same way you did, and between this forum and the above site, learned almost everything I know about bass.
