			I believe it. A guy in a tournament up here last weekend had a 51" musky. I catch a lot of pike in the lakes by my house, they get annoying. Smallest was 20" and largest was 29" for me but they take 50" ones out of the lakes around here in the winter.

			the whole rod isnt in the pic..how do you know its not a MH or Heavy action rod...they make special rods for pike..as long as your drag is set right, you should be fine...

			Yeah, but that doesnt always hold true, you can loose a fish because of its sheer weight and power, even if your drag is set right, and it could easily break your rod on a run.
