				 | Fall bite

The fall bite is oficially on. They hit cinnamon senkos, and spinnerbaits. Yesterday me and my dad went out with my dads buddy from work, and his sons. We went to their family land, which holds 5 ponds. We fished form 6 am to 5 pm. I caught 9-11 bass on lures, and everybody else combined caught about 4 on lures, a couple were caught on live bluegill. The younger kids messed up my whoel tackle box, and didnt close my soft plastic bags, so you can imagine what happened when we moved (they all fell out). Bass were hitting a black spinnerbait, with a colorado blade, adna sneko. The key was accurate casts, along the shoreline. It was an okay trip, we got soaked from the rain, and my whole tackle box is messed up, but at least I caught some bass. |

They were all short, except for the one I posted. These lakes were stock-ful of small 10-11 inch fish. I hit a roll, of about 4 dinks, on 4 consecutive casts! |

Hadn't thrown a crank since last fall/winter so I figured what the heck when I went out yesterday. They didn't want anything to do with it today but took a 7.5" red shad culprit today?? But the weather was a definite change from yesterday so thats what I'm figurin.
