this evenings report
well, i decided to go fishin alone this time, fishinfortune couldnt make it.
im fishin for perch to use as catfish bait, when i see about a 20 pound monster cat chase my panfish jig! it soon swims back down deep. i go get my bigger rod with 15 pound test and start to fish for it. 5 minutes later, these guys show up with live worms. they set up about 30 yards from me. First cast, and BAM, he has his drag screamin and is fighting a big catfish. gets it to shore, and it is a 21 pound cat.  after release, he sets up again and nothing for a while. them another BAM, this time ONLY a 14 pounder . im getting mad! ifinally get a hit on a live perch , but all it is was a tiny 2ish pounder, didnt bother wieghing it. nothing else exept 3 bass for the rest of the time. next time im getting live worms!!

 I actually tried live worms for the first time 3 weeks ago and did pretty well so....
