That is really cool. I have been trying to get my wife to buy the Fender Joe Strummer guitar for Christmas, but it anit happening. This summer, I got rid of my banjo and mandolin a fender jaguar and an old 60's jap made Norma hollow body.Trying to downsize, still got 2 acoustics,2 strats, a telecaster and a Ibanez copy of the Jazzmaster. Zooker, Thats nice, but $10,000.00 nice ? I ordered 3 guitars from that company , won't happen anymore after the Ovation I got from them.It was damaged inside a Molded hard case that wasn't damaged. They did nothing for me and lost a customer for their lack of effort. P N J |

Man Carpy, That is pretty cool as well.It looks awkward, but original. I was running a laser at work, but got booted back to welding .It seems as though they didn't like me building my own programs that didn't pertain to work. Here are a couple of things I programmed. Its easy to do with laying the project out on mechanical drawing paper, getting the dimensions , then build a laser program using the laser manual to get the codes for straight lines and circles and then the etching values as not to cut through the material. This one took me 3 weeks to build the program from scratch, but I never quite got it as well as I would have liked to. Here is another.I coudn't get the markings right. The lasers will take a 4' X 8' sheet,I could program the projects to whatever size within the sheet perimeters, which is the reason I was taken off and put back to welding. A sheet of stainless would have been lot of money. I am glad I never got to finish my projects, or a larger version might have existed. P N J

I didn't know you played guitar PnJ. I'm just learning myself. Bought one of the Esteban cutaway set ups. Anyway, here's something you can appreciate, an 11 yr old blues wiz. Amazing....... http://youtube.com/watch?v=4L5HSHLQaOg |

I seen that before, he is amazing. I have been playing guitar for 29 years now. I think I am on the downhill slide, sometimes I sound real good, other times I can mess up for no good reason at all. P N J |
