			I still laugh no matter how many times i view that picture of my dads car, He and i were actually thinking of getting a decal of a bluegill (brim) for his car if he goes with me too KY again in 2010, and writting "Brim Master 2010" under the Decal.

			bassboss, make sure you set up a tripod on shore with a video. You could win yourself 10 grand on AFV and buy a real boat. BB

			Well last night my dad me and my older bro went out around down getting recycle stuff. People throw out lots of 2 litter coke bottles! We got 1 BIG garbage can full, 1 medium one, and one recycle bin full! The back of the truck was packed with 'em! So we got AT LEAST 100 of them. Should start making it this week end (or when ever we got the water proof glue and tape.... and disposable crammer (gonna have to scan them once we're done with the boat and all the pics)!

			Everyone needs to bookmark this thread. That way when we are asked "Whatever happened to bassboss" we won't have to search it.

			This thread is a lot of fun and I hope that Bassboss makes good on his plans to build a homebrew bass barge. After moving from Oklahoma to New York, I was happy to find rednecks up here too. Here are some fellas from a lake that's about 20 miles away from me... Talk about low budget! Of course, something like this would be the shizzle... Might I make a suggestion about the bottles? Try to find some of that foam they put in pontoons cheap, and fill up those bottles with it. Could increase chances of success. Would also increase durability if say, a few bottles decided to have holes in them.

  ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Well you know how coke made though new shaped bottles? Well about 30 of them where those. And apparently they all have to be the same shape. So of the same shaped bottles, we have 78 of them! Which just might be enough to make one!   It'll have 39 bottles on each side. I'll lay 39 bottles on one side in rows of two, and 30 on the other in tows of two. That way I'll find out how long it'll be! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I've measured up the bottles, and it'll be a 13' with all the bottles we have. I'd like it to be at least 5' wide. How wide are the casting decks on y'all's big rigs?
			I think 5' would be pretty good for stability for a 13' boat. I'm not exactly sure how wide the deck is on a 294 Pro XL, somewhere between 4.5 to 5 I think. (not to sure though)
 Well, keep working at it and post some pics when you get a chance. And make sure on the maiden voyage there is a video camera present.
