yet another bbq thread

i am in the process of doing tenn-e-see pile driver chops.this is most of what i use.-except brown sugar-

i would say how much of what but most is measured in cups..

waiting on plastic wrap and fridge time..

i did get a spoon ful taste when done stirin. -holy dam!-what a kick. no smoking near this stuff.

i'll be removing the pork steak from the marinate friday afternoon..and yes this is a TEASE....lol...

ok now these are pork steak-sliced ham- they are thin-I did not buy them..
i am not a fan of these cuts of pork-lots of bone not a whole lot of meat.

the pot is filled with the marinate.after it was cooked down.

at the turn..

after cooking...

suprisingly good with out the floor ya kick..in hind site i'd add a tbs more of brown sugar to the reduced marinate..

yeah yeah start hating me now.. the next two will be steak....

i agree mallen. ol zookie is REALLY starting to annoy me with these dang thangs. he is gonna have to make up for it in sept. that is when lisa and i will be up there. and i ain't talking about no friggin HAMBURGERS from mickey d's or nuthin either.HAHAHA. his mom is making deserts already i think. just hope zook don't eat all of them afore we get there, lol.

by the way, went to wally world and stocked up on SOME meat items. gotta hit the meat store for the good stuff later.
