Hat Light

I was fishing a week ago and sundown was on the horizon. As it got darker I realized I didnt have a light to tie my knot. So I ordered this nice light from Cabellas. I got the orange light which is white and green lights. And the combo pack for the same price which came with two lights one black with all white lights and a camo with all green lights. The combo pack was the same price as the orange one. Its actually a pretty good light for the price. Its super small and lightweight. I've been thinking one of these would be handy at times - but just white for the light, not the colors.

Those work better than you may think. I've got one that looks like a miners light, it's got a couple elastic straps on it and fits on your head instead of your hat. It is killer for launching/recovering a boat on a unlit dock at 0dark30. I bought it for finding my tree stand in the wee hours, but it works for fishing. Yours is a lot more comfortable though.

i got 2 of these...well similier to these. got em at wallfarts. good lights on your cap for real. works great.

I thought the same thing at first until I read that green light is better for fishing. And white light will attract more mosquitos in your face if its on the hat. get the combo pack and you get both for the same price.
