			Mine has that feature and it worked for the first month. The pin will not move as it is rusted in place.. never to be removed again.. Capt Mike

			It saves a lot of space. Also I put my padlock through the open hole in the swinging part so that nobody can line it up to steal it.

			I can't imagine using one in salt water, like Capn Mike said. I have one that works just fine, though I am landlocked.
