Try a Black spinner bait or a Tx rig worm. caught a couple up in hopewell like that.

You must have fished the BFL tourney there. Guess I'm too late too help. 4" ring worms in Blue Fleck have been best for me lately. Also watermelon/Chartruse Tiki sticks. White spinnerbaits too.
