i fished titicus from 5:30 to 8:30 tonight.the bite was all on 4 inch yum dingers in bumble bee color.the bait had to be deadsticked to get a bite.this is my least favorite method because if you are not carefull you can gut hook them.luckily i didn't have that problem tonight.i had one fish attack a jig but i didn't hook it.i think i pitched it on it's head in the dark and scared the c--p out of it.i landed 4 nice largemouths all in the 2.5 lb range.once it got dark the bite shut off entirely.since i have a cold i called it quits and went home.the weeds are a lot thinner than they were even last friday which actually made it easier to fish.if i'm lucky i will get a couple of more night trips in this year that produce some good fish.
