Straight Razor - bad idea?
I have lately been considering a Straight Razor - bad idea?
WHY? Because I don't get a decent close shave out of anything. The reason may be I'm 1/8 American Indian and have slow growing beard. I had over the years: 3 different Norelco's the last one made in China 8( 2 different Remington's The first one, had blades there were like a row staples. The other one was an Rotary Design. 1 Panasonic 2 Wahl's - very close red shave; on the bright side blades and head are cheap to replace. 1 Braun Single blade or double razors seams to give me a good wet shave. I don't like 3 or more blades, they cost too much and don't seam to be any better. My Single-Blade is the old Gillette Safety Razor. |
