the earl of sandwhich

it all started 10 years ago.with two hungry pallet buildin gents who were short on cash one saturday morning.and a grill man who had a long history of working with afore mentioned gents. togather they built a sandwhich.

a fried bolona on toast with egg,cheese,tomatoe,lettus,onion,jalapino,and olives..then they named it "the pallet nailer". still sold today as "the nailer"..

a few years ago the wife of one of the afore mentioned gents opened a dinner in the local city..the same sandwhich became known the "saw boss"...

in the same intervinting years the "nailer" was known to be ordered at a small tackle shop/grill.-by guess who?-over the proceeding years it gain his name.-his real name-

this afternoon it was once again ordered. made by the lil red head-miss scarlet-she does such good work..

so here is the {name edited} err will just call it the zooker-for lack of a better name.

the tackle store/grill deep frys there bolona btw-crispy the way i prefure it..



you really need to open it up to enjoy the layering.





i put a touch of mustard on it.. don't crowd me son.....
