Default Small Pond

my neighbor has a small pond and it has some pretty good 2-3 lb bass in it. They also put there own catfish in there 12 years ago and now they are HUGE. i mean Huge. but anyways it is very mossy and there are turtles and bluegill in there and i was wondering any tips for me? It only goes about 3-5ft. deep so it is hard to get anything threw there its so mossy and weedy even a texas rigged worm is hard. any help?
