First trip this year for LGmouth Bubba style and the weather could not have been nicer. Fished around Greenway Flats for the striped things at dawn but no takers. Once sun came up we shifted to smaller rattle traps and did real well with the outside grass edge. Yo yo style and grass ripping produced about 8 LGMouth and this big coon tail perch.
A nice Lgmouth Sunday a pre dawn setup on kittys produced 12 fish for a total of 206 lbs. Bent rod radar goes off And just plain good fun Next weekend is repeat in reverse. Capt Mike
