Default Fishing Tidal Waters

Ok so Ive had some great sucess fishing dundee and mariner point park out of the gunpowder river. And from what ive learned the best time to fish is high tide. But at the same time its always up and down fishing one day ill have a five fish limit of 25 lbs and then the next day it well be at the highest 10lbs. My question is what is the best time to fish during the tides movement, high, low, ebb, etc. And where are the fish located at the stages of these tides? I mainly fish bridges, peirs, and some grass every blue moon.

Thanks in advice Mojo
