Good economical spincast for Ugly - Cat fishing

We have a small place on lake Gaston, and I'd like to outfit it with some additional tackle for guests. We're up on the north end, so cat fishing is strong and something that the occasional fisher will enjoy and doesn't need alot of talent to catch. For the money, the basic medium action Ugly seems to be a good fit for Rod. What would be a decent but still economical spincast to pair with it. Something I could pick up at Dick's, Walmart, Target, et al. I don't want to go totally crap disposable, as I might use the setup myself.
