Shes spittin and heavy oil
my 1959 'rude 35hp sat for about 12 years and we cranked it last summer and it wouldnt run without choke.
i ran it today and it did the same thing.. with the cover off it wont run except on full choke.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yAKKynPpbyk with the cover on she barely runs at full choke and better at half choke ..but only lasts about 30 seconds before it dies.. and when its running it wont run except at about half throtte [start position] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DHmJyJu-jNc theres a short one running at half choke.. think i can solve this with a good carb cleaning? Also.. shes putting alot of oil out.. or atleast it seems to me.. maybe its normal..  -Scott
