Default Suburban Sea Trout

Last year I got two nice 15 inch sea trout at CBBT decided to try a dish that is made for a guide on the move.

I took the beheaded gutted sea trout and placed sliced lemons on doubled heavy foil squares. Placed the trout on top of the lemons and covered the other side of the fish with lemon slices. This style of cooking can not use any oils. Wrapped them up nice and tight in the double heavy tinfoil I then placed one on the drivers side exhaust manifold and one on the passenger side manifold.

Drove 3 hours and rotated them. Drove another 3 hrs in the hot June sun.

The drivers side was perfect but the passenger side was a little raw.

Next time both will go on the drivers side.
