It was so cold....
that his head froze and broke off!!!
 Got out on the hot side on Sunday. Temp guage in the car said 21 degrees. Most I could do was 35mph running to the first spot to fish. That was a painful experience. Hooked up on the first pass with this 3.92 lb on a Poe's 300 in Smitty Shad. 1st of hopefully many in 2011 .Was having issues all day with ice freezing in the eyes and making slushies with the line guides. Busted off another keeper on a black and blue jig off a dock. Using a new (to me) bait/trailer made by PowerTeam (http://www.powerteamlures.com/index.php?cPath=24_47_39). Not happy that a 2lb bass busted 17lb line  .
