Okay it's hours away from 2012 and money is burning a hole in my pocket for a new set-up for the new year.
Quantum now manufactures Smoke spinning reels and Smoke spinning rods (in different sizes). I can choose the rod but the reels come in two line capacity sizes. The "30" holds 150yds of 10#, the "25" model holds 150yds of 8# line.
Before I order one does anyone know if the spool size is the only difference, (the frames being the same size...) or are the frames sizes different?
Someone please answer in a hurry, this burning pocket is making making a lot of smoke, no pun intended...
