Well after multiple follow ups and calls....Im now holding a check for the insured amount!!!.
Thank god!!...Thats the great news! The bad news is they shipped me back an empty tube??...I ask where the rod was and no one knows.....They sent an email today to the local shipper to double check and will inform me....Yea Im paid for the rod back,but Im not giving them an inch until the rest is returned Anyway,the rebuild is underway,and hopefully it'll be a long time before I have to deal with this again. exhale now.
