Good first outing for 12
Me and a buddy loaded up for a trip last Wednesday. I got to use my borrowed boat (As of now, will know more when I get back home). I finally broke back into a #5 fish (Just guessing on it, fish was 21") and 2 more around 3. I got most of my bites on a Wat/Gold flake Yama Senko. I broke down and threw an AT swim jig tipped with a Kalin grub and tried a Big Hammer paddle tail for a trailer. It felt so good to get on a descent fish, it's been a while. She came off a patch of grass in a bout a foot of water.
Too bad I didn't have the scales with me. I could have used it for the annual big bass wager. Better luck next time.
