I am a carnivore, but a Vegan place done right, is good food. We have a place called Sprig and Vine, carnivore, and vegetarian alike, agree that it is one of the best restaurants around.(Full disclosure, I consulted on menu prior to opening.). Tofu, Tempeh, mushrooms, falafel, greens and vegetables cooked properly, and in an interesting way will make you forget there is no meat(almost).
