I was recently watching this years Bassmasters and, like every year, the anglers speed reel the fish in the boat. I mean this is Day 1 of 3 long days of fishing and their getting the fish in the boat as quick as possible by launching them in.
I thought they did this to save time even though it seems it would allow more fish to get away. Do they do this to conserve time or is it really a good way to get the fish in without it spitting the hook? Chris |
