hi,
now that I got my fish finder, I went exploring the lake. It has a shallow end of avg. depth of 5-6 feet. The lake becomes much deeper toward the dam, which is 25-30 feet deep. This is a long, 50 acre lake. Most bass in the lake are located at the dam and deeper parts of the lake, around 7-25 feet under. Surface temp. is at 65F. Water clarity/visibility is about 3-4 feet. There is not much deep structure in this lake, so bass are hanging around slopes. Under those conditions, what might be my best shot at putting fish in the boat? I've been a shallow water fisherman all the years of my fishing, but I've never really considered a situation like this. so, PLEASE share some of your stuff with me, thanks, seaphantom
