Inexpensive trolling motor help
I am looking for a small trolling motor to go with my inflatable pontoon boat. Nothing to expensive since I will not be using it everytime I go out on the water. Any suggestions. Also, suggestions on the type/brand of battery would be appreciated too.
On a side note, do they make wireless controls to work with any trolling motor? |

For what you want it for 36 lbs is enough ( $160 + S&H ), nope there are no inexpensive wireless controls for a TM of that price.

What size battery should I get? I don't want something very heavy that will cause me to have to re-adjust everything on my pontoon. The battery has to go on the cage rack right behind my seat and the trolling motor will as well. That is going to be a lot of weight on the back of the pontoons.
I have also purchased a seat riser and swivel for my seat. I now sit around 7 inches higher. |
