Okay, my sister sent me this and I didn't believe it until I tried it.

I won't repeat the exact e-mail as there are ways to defeat it, but the bottom line is this:

Lift your right foot off the floor while sitting in a chair.

Make Clockwise Circles with it.

While doing so, take your right hand and make counter clockwise circles.

What does your foot do?

Or perhaps play music. For 90% of the population, first time out, you can't do it. Over time, you can train yourself.

I actually got so confused I fell out of the chair and hit my head on a sharp object..had to have stitches and codeine...This is a very dangerous activity !!!!!
