Pro reels grandson needs some prayers guys
I just seen on facebook where Kevins grandson Easton has had some unexpected complications with his heart. I don't know many details and hopefully when Kevin has time he will stop in and update us, but from what I understand if things don't get worked out they may be transferred to St. Louis and possibly could be looking at a heart transplant. This little guy has been through more health issues in the few months he has been here than most people go through in a lifetime and I ask that you all please send up a prayer for baby Easton, Kevin, Charlene, Brittney, Kyle and the medical teams that are taking care of baby Easton when you get the chance. This little guy has the most amazing family, through all the medical issues with Easton, I haven't heard a single complaint or question of faith out of any of them. I can honestly say that they have been an inspiration to me and I pray for things to start going their way soon.

Thanks Kory and everyone. Right now, you know as much as i do. We are waiting on a call from the doctor to fill us in. I know that several surgeons have been in meetings about it all day. The thing is, he was doing great 3 days ago and had a date of late Jan when they thought he could come home with a home health nurse here to help. Then out of the blue his numbers dropped and they had to resucitate him again. I am not at all sure that it's the right thing to do, but they are talking about sending him to St.Louis for a heart transplant. They talked about the posibility of that before his surgery and if he got that, he would need another every 5 years until he was an adult. Also, the anti rejection meds could cause other organs to fail and he could have a very sick and painful life. The last update we got from Britt is that some of the docs think they should try some other meds to stabilize him, but others say with what they saw happen yesterday it's clear that he needs a pacemaker but wouldn't be able to get one now so a transplant may be the only option.

The prayers continue here for Kevin, his doctors and family. It's all in Gods hands, and no doubt God is getting an earfull from many of us on our knees.
