Default 10 Year Old Bag of Worms

Bassintxlady and I, went to Fayette County Reservoir on Saturday, and together we caught 26 bass. What was our secret, a bag of hand poured worms I bought back in 1995 up in Redding California. I used these worms all the time when I lived there, and I had bought 100 of them for 25.00 just before I moved to southern california. Well, I just keep putting these worms aside with all my other "old" plastics until last friday night as I was going thru some stuff prior to moving into a new house. Saturday morning, we started fishing just before 8am, and by 10am we had boated maybe 8 nice bass using this old "red over black" hand poured worm. The worms have been sitting in a plastic bag since 95' with a good deal of salt on them. Whatever the reason, the bass loved them Saturday.
It was a gorgeous day here in Houston. Here are a couple of pics.

I feel we did great, considering this lake is a high pressure lake, with tournaments on almost every other weekend and always has several boaters there even in bad weather. Moral of the story, break out your old stuff now and then, and good luck everyone.
