Default help for a german bass fishing beginner

first of all i have to say thx for all your support to buy a new spinning combo.
i bought the quantum tournament edition rod and the shimano stradic and i have to say i love this combo. thx again.

i have to say that i'm fishing since i was 7 years old. i was always very into fishing and have now 20 years of fishing experiance back in germany. BUT only with spinning reels. after i moved here for attending san diego state university i decided to buy my first baitcasting combo. and that's the point where i need your help again, because i don't know which baitcaster to go for.

for the rod i would like to go also for quantum tour edition 6'6'' MH but don't know exactly which baitcaster to put on.
first of all i thought about buying the plueger echolon, BUT i think that this baitcaster is only right handed. PLEASE correct me if i'm wrong, because then i'm going to buy this one. price and qualitiy should be the same like the echolon but it definately has to be lefthanded.

thx for your sopport in advance,

sebastian
