I am finally going to start fishing tourneys! My first is the 18th of November. The lake that it is at has alot of bulrushes and laydowns up on the bank. The water is a bit stained. Heres the website about:
http://www.lakemurray.com/ I think that i am going to fish flukes weightless around the laydowns, fish carolina rigs in deeper water, and fish texas rigs in the bulrushes and laydowns. I went about a month ago and caught a nice 2 lber on a trick worm t-rigged. I think my colors for soft plastics are going to be pumpkinseed watermelonseed, and greenpumpkin. Any other tips would be great. Oh, I am fishing as a non-boater, so I am limited to the stuff that I bring. Thanks! |
