Everett that particular boat will be doiung VERY well to runlow 40's. To heavy of a hull. Excellant boat but not a fast one by no means.

Default The New One in the Family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my new boat, just got a lake house in texas and wanted to get a boat to go with it. I got a great deal from a dealer in the area.

Shes the 2005 Z-22 Comanche from Ranger

22 foot long
250 Yamaha VMAX HPDI
75 pound Minn Kota
Garmin electronics
Hot Foot
Some other goods as well

Seems big but really easy to fish with, such a low draft with the motor up. Shes hard to trailer though!

Hope you like her as much as i do

I took her out a couple weeks ago when i was back in the states. She was showing 74 mph when i had her open all the way. I didnt bother looking at the GPS though. Im sure it was running low 70s though. When im back ill check it out. I coulda got a 300 yamaha but the boat would have been a ton more..the 250 was brocken in by a yamaha pro anyways...runs amazing! I still dont think she could out run my ski though...well see. Ill put my son on the ski next time im back and see whos got it.

ski boat will get the hole shot. yammaha 250 v-max is an awesome moter it is 3.1 liter uses the same power head as the 225 and the 300 the only differance is the computer controled firing system. and the lower unit gearing.. mind you the 300 is actually 275 horse power.

Man love them Lasers. Right now I am in the middle of a restoration of a 16ft Vhull Laser ie....transom and stringers and loosing some weight while at it. Got a 2.5 chrome bore pushing 235 @ the propshaft going on her. Its been a LONG time in doing so but the end rewards are gonna be a lighting fast boat I can fish ANYWHERE. What kinda numbers where ya getting with your LTV. I know where there is one but dont want to do another transom replace right now. Also hows the norris running. Post up some numbers on them 2 beauty's.
