cool, ill keep that in mind. now, is hiking to a spot where many people won't go better than fishing in an easily accesible spot? i would think so........right?

yeah i fish from shore a lot... 2nd biggest fish was a 6.5 lber off the bank...
ive caught hundreds of fish off the bank

I've fished from a boat once. All of my fishing has been done from the shore, all 12 years of it. I primarily start off with a topwater such as buzzbaits or a popper, then I move to a spinnerbait (booyah pond magic works best on a spinning rod with light line, I saw you said something about those earlier). Past that I use an 8-10 inch culprit finesse worm and usually that works well for me. Hope it helps!

I just started using senkos within the past few weeks, they are quickly becoming my new confidence bait - I pulled 13 from the water in a small pond this morning (most were small). In the evening I hit my old dive and came out with four between 2-4 lbs. The bass are taking them on the fall and as I get close to shore - I see multiples fighting for it - go junebug!
