			Nice to see you use reels with the handle on the correct side, Doug.   Guys, I'm here to tell you that bass can not hear fish finders, with the possible exception of the clicks. And frankly, clicks attract fish, like Doug said. Natural prey make clicks. Bass can no more hear the scanning output than we can. They live in an environment where only low frequency sound carries....water. Fish finders scan at frequencies so high that we can't hear them in air... Air transmits high frequencies much, much better than water.
