I dont think both should play for the championship. They've played once, and Ohio State pulled out the win. For being ranked #2 michigan shoulda been able to put aside the fact it was at Ohio State and won. but they didnt so another team should be given the shot. Although i dont think USC deserves it either, and niether does UF even though i want them to haha. But UF did dominate today.

I'm fairly satisfied right now that OSU is the best team in the country. If there were a matchup I would like to see, it would be Arkansas and OSU, just cause I think Arkansas has become since the game with us one of the toughest teams in the country (they were nowhere near that when they played USC to open the year).

I think Florida would just get beat, and I am certain that ND or USC would. Arkie would likely get beat too, but at least they would bloody a few noses which is always entertaining. Their running back hasn't recieved much press, but McFadden is probably the best southern back since Bo Jackson or at least Shaun Alexander.

I dunno, i believe that Florida will beat Arkansas in the SEC, but thats just my opinion. Not many seem to be supporting that idea, but we'll see. I think Florida is getting their act together. Depending on the Florida Florida State game i'll be able to accuratly predict what i think will happen in the SEC champ game. Has anyone heard whether or not Michigan will get to play in the Natl. Champ game yet? I sure do hope they dont. But even if they dont, and even with a USC loss, i dont know if things will happen as to Florida going to the Rose Bowl. I would love to see it though, and i do believe Florida would give OSU a good fight. I mean true Florida tends to make close games outta terrible teams, but they also make well won games outta good teams. Plus the overall atmosphere of such a game usually helps pump teams up. But im very doubtful of a UF appearance at the Rose Bowl this year.

If the season were to end today, Michigan would be in because they are number 2 in the BCS standings. But if USC beats Notre Dame this weekend they will leapfrog Michigan in the standings. Michigan has a weak schedule the rest of the way so if USC wins out, it will be OSU/USC in the national championship.

Chris Keene, you being an OSU fan, was that a good game or what? Honestly, I had Michigan winning, but i never claimed to be a psychic.

And in the NFL, Miami is now officially on a winning streak. They play the Lions thursday and i hope they can make it four in a row( Thursday is my birthday) I am surprised none of the other 'Phins fans haven't said anything about this.

Michigan doesn't have a schedule the rest of the way, they're done! SC still has UCLA after ND.

I too would like to see Arkansas in it. That running back of theirs is top notch.

My biggest b$tch w/ the OSU/Mich thing. Think beginning of season, OSU #1, Texas #2, Texas lost and dropped to 4 or 5. Mich lost and stayed put. USC, if they win out maybe. They did lose to a unranked or low ranked team earlier. Fl, lost to Auburn, who was #2 at the time. The problem w/ Fl, they don't believe in those dreaded style point's. After tonight, Fl beat Fl State, USC handed ND their collective butts. I have noticed that none of the TV guys are giving Fl any credit for a 11-1 season. By far Fl and for that fact most of the SEC plays the toughest schedules year in and year out. Look how many SEC teams this year were in the Top 25 and how many are still there. The SEC has talent. By the way Arkie did lose. But, if Fl plays them like they played FSU today, Fl will lose. If they win, Fl should be a serious thought for the National Championship. I feel OSU and FL would be a good money making event(we all know that's what they want). It could be a good game or a complete blow out. I feel OSU is undoubtedly the best team in college football at this time.

The only thing thats doing Florida in is the fact we dont beat teams by much. But honestly that shouldnt matter,we beat teams. We had one of the toughest schedules and only lost to #2 ranked Auburn. USC shouldnt be where they are, they lost to an unranked team, Michigan shouldnt be where they are, they lost to OSU. Pending the SEC game florida should play in the National Championship game. True florida played like crap in the UF/FSU game, but we still won. And thats how it has been all season. I think the SEC game will be close, but we will win. Im going up there so we better win haha. There are a few keys things that need to happen in order for florida to win... 1.) urban meyer needs to use tebow to our advantage. no matter how big a guy is, if you run only one play with him, always straight up the middle from the shotgun, hes not gunna get anywhere. Any defense can recognize whats going on when Tebow comes in, so i say bring him in, maybe on a 3rd and short, fake a run and throw the ball downfield for a Touchdown, i know for a fact that will work. 2.) florida needs better pass defense. true they get plenty o interceptions, but those short 5-10 yard passes are killing us especially on 3rd down situations. 3.) florida needs to work on tackling. after yesterdays performance you'd think they totally forgot how to perform an open field tackle. and finally 4.) the place kicker needs to learn how to make a d*mn field goal. hes got one job to kick a ball between 2 posts... and if he cant even do it from 35 yards out florida needs to consider their options in the kicking feild. also kick coverage needs to be worked on.

I think if florida practices hard this week, goes over the above mentioned and fixes the kinks, Florida will be a dominant force in the SEC champ game.

From what I've heard, the new list of coaches we are pursuing was Saban, Spurrier, Rodiriguez, Petrino, Grobe and Paul Johnson. Wonder who we get. Miami is out there looking too, as is NC State.

Well Mich lost to #1 at #1's home field, and only lost by 3 points I know FL is tough, but how can you drop #2 down after losing by 3 points on the opponents home field, who happens to have been #1 all year long I'm a big ten fan obviously However my Favorite team is going to "Not Enough Bowls Yet, So We Just Keep Adding More For Mediocrity BOWL" PURDUE!!!!!!!!

I will be incredibly upset if its Michigan in the title game. They played a crap schedule and lose to OSU, then they will have 50 days off and lose again. It will be just like the last time when Oklahoma got in after losing to K State. They will lose again, everybody will shrug their shoulders and say "whoops". It pisses me off, how people can so easily be swayed by the media machine. The SEC is the toughest conference in college football, the quality of play is similar to the NFL, hence the parity, and the SEC is going to be screwed in favor of a team that already lost to ohio state. They are just going to lose again! Meanwhile Florida plays the schedule from hell and loses to auburn on a fluke play and they get raped by the BCS.


The Big 10 should expand to 12 teams and get a conference championship. Same for the pac 10. Those two media darling conferences get it easy each year. They dont know what real football is.

Who has Michigan played? other then Ohio State no one worthy enough for me to even mention. Michigan deserves to be dropped from #2 in a heartbeat. Florida plays in the toughest conference in college football, and plays the hardest schedule. They've gone 12-1. Michigan hasnt won their conference title. florida has, and by 10 points. Florida outrushed Arkansas, and held McFadden to what... 60 something yards? while Harvin had 105. Anyone who says Florida wont give Ohio State a game, is delusional. Florida shows up to play. style points mean nothing, winning says it all. the AP and coaches poll put Florida at #2 over michigan, now all we need is the Harris poll to come out. tonight at 8 on fox we'll all know who is playing in the national championship game. =]

Ohio State is going to win by two or three touchdowns, i hope it is a good game but i don't think it is going to happen. The teams Michigan played has won 77 games this year (second in the nation). I still think that they are the second best team in the nation. They just got unlucky that the best team happens to be in the same conference.
