Boat seat repair
I have a few tears on my bass boat seats. It's a naugahide (sp?) type material. Any tips on how to repair the tears before they get too big?

Not sure there's much repair for vinyl tears short of tape and a heat gun. I do remember seeing some colored goop you put on, then cover with a grained pad and hit it with a heat gun - not sure where it may be available - have you tried a google on vinyl repair?
Here's one, but there are many: http://www.asseenontv.com/prod-pages...er_repair.html Also another called liquid stitch: http://www.asseenontv.com/prod-pages...itch.html?gid= Note: I don't know much about either and haven't used them, but they seem like inexpensive solutions to vinyl repair (assuming they work). Thanks for the reply Abbey. I have looked at some of the products on the net. I was hoping someone who had actually used a product they liked would respond but I do appreciate your help.
