Boat Trailer leaf springs squeaky????
Hey Guys,
Anyone have any tips on squeaky boat trailer springs? I have an older model fish & ski boat and the trailer leaf springs are really getting noisy. I always put my boat axle up on jack stands in the winter months to take the pressure off the tires.... was thinking of rubbing some grease along the edge of where each spring edge rubs the overlying layer next too it. So when I put the weight back down on the axle it will compress some and rub the grease underneath the friction point between them... don't know if this will help much. Anyone have any other better ideas???
