Confirming certain lures work make them more valuable
I make or modify most of the lures I cast and want to be sure they are as effective as the day they caught fish.
These I call my light bulb lures: These were made by attaching the tails of two lures to the body of another using a candle to melt them together. A light jig wacky rigged gives the lure action on the drop. All fish species are caught on the design. Sassy Shad tails: tapered tails: Last edited by senkosam; 08-26-22 at 03:01 AM. |

Hey, I gotta test those new shapes I discover in my basement workshop! Catching fish on them confirms their value. Lately the number are down to a few dozen per outing, but then again it's fish'n not just catch'n...though catch'n 50-100 is mighty nice especially on a light action rod!
