Bouyant plastics
My favorite drop-shot and shaky head bait is a 4.5" Roboworm. The problem is they are kind of expensive, hard to find by me, and are easily decimated by any crappie or rock bass that happens by.
I have tried a few different zoom plastics but nothing seems to have that awesome float you get from a roboworm. Has anyone found a comparable product or am I stuck ordering more robo's online? |

An Assalt Salt Shaker Worm isn't bad, but it is hard to beat a roboworm on a dropshot.

Try a powerbait hand poured finesse worm. I like them and they are a little easier to find.

Get some mend-it and make those roboworms last much longer without sacrificing the softness and quality.

One of my favorite DS baits is Chompers 4" dropshot worm. I don't know how bouyant they are, but they have great action.
