Default Another Revo SKT question

I recently got the Revo SKT. You guys gave me some good info last time I asked a question about it, so here's another. How do I get the cover off the non-handle side to adjust the brakes?

On the handle side plate, there's a small screw knob near front and top of the reel with a metal bar going across the spool opening to the other side. unscrew it, then turn the non-handle side plate and pull. Be careful so you don't drop the side plate especially when adjusting brakes on the water.

Thanks, my two other Revos have the magnetic braking, so does my BPS Extreme and Black Max, so this is my first venture into centrifugal brakes.

Good luck with it! Just remember, centrifugal brakes must be set up so they are symmetrical. So in most cases, if you turn one on, the one across from it must be on as well. The exception to this rule is having three brakes on, and in that case, turn every other one on.

I don't throw a wide variety of lures with my SKT, mostly 1/4-3/8oz shallow cranks. So I set my brakes with two on and rarely ever change it.
